Utilizing watermelon seeds for a tasty pot of therapeutic tea
The Basics
- Prep time 5 minutes
- Brewing time 10 minutes
- Servings 3-4
Ingredients
2 teaspoons black watermelon seeds (ground)
2 cups water (filtered AND fluoride-free)
Instructions
- Using either an actual grinder or just a bowl and a spoon, grind the watermelon seeds from a freshly sliced watermelon
- Place 2 cups filtered water in to a pot and bring to a boil
- Once water comes to a boil, turn the heat OFF and ADD in your 2 tsps of freshly ground watermelon seeds
- Let tea mixture steep for 3-5 minutes then serve and share
