Making Pudding with Papaya
Papaya Pudding with Banana, Date and Fig Additions
The idea for this delicious, healing snack came from the “papaya pudding” recipe found in the Medical Medium: Cleanse to Heal book (there are a ton of other yummy recipes in this book, too, with insights into healthy/safe cleansing and healing).
Although the recipe from the book calls for just papaya, I opted for some extra texture and flavor with the banana, date and fig additions in this particular papaya pudding recipe video.
Now, the papaya-only-papaya-pudding is really tasty already as is but the added banana, date and fig ingredients surely made this delectable dish a little more lovely.

Pudding Preparation
Ingredients
1 Papaya (cubed)
1 Banana
2 Dates (pitted/pits removed)
1 Fig (sliced into 4-6 pieces)
Instructions
Slice papaya into cubes
Dice one date into pieces for garnish
Slice fig into pieces for garnish
Add sliced papaya, banana and one date to blender
Blend evenly
Pour into bowl and garnish with date and fig pieces
Give thanks and enjoy
