Wild Blueberries and Bananas Smoothie
Perfect as a nutritious snack as well as a staple meal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert!
This smoothie packs truly delicious flavor while providing detox benefits, particularly heavy metal detox (i.e. removing toxic, heavy metals from the body) and all around support for the liver and other body organs.

Get that blender ready and grab those wild blueberries and bananas — Yum, here we come!

Serving size 1-2
Preparation time 5 minutes (fast food!)
Ingredients
4 bananas
1 cup wild blueberries
Instructions
Add ingredients to blender
Blend until smooth (if need be, pause and scrape any extra pieces along blender sides down then blend again until ready)
Pour into cup or bowl of choice and enjoy
*Nosh Tip: Garnish with wild blueberry for a little extra munch and texture ;)
Recipe Notes
Feel free to modify the amount (of bananas and/or blueberries) according to your preference and craving size. Can always make enough with extra servings and enjoy later.
